• In order to participate in a class/team ​at C&C Gymnastics, these forms must be completed and submitted to the office along with payment and a voided check.  If you choose not to print out the forms we will be happy to provide you with one.

• The first month's tuition and Registration Fee ($60) will need to be paid with cash or check only.  After the first month, your tuition amount will be drafted out on the 1st of each month.
  
• At the time of sign up a valid ID that matches the name on the bank account provided is required.
